Why can't I get a date?

So I'm bored of being single, I want to start dating again, but I get the feeling that guys aren't interested in me, and I can't understand why. I have more self confidence than most people, but I'm really shy and quiet when I don't know people well. I'm transgender, it's not really a secret, I just don't go around telling people for no reason, so I'm pretty sure no one knows. I think I'm good looking, maybe even pretty. But I kinda think I don't look enough like a girl. I have above-average intelligence, I play a few instruments, I'm in college. Basically, I have a lot going for me. But I still can't get a date.

Why can't I get a date?
be a little more aggressive and a little more outgoing maybe? you said that you were shy, well do your best to be less shy and quiet. guys sometimes mistake that with being stuck up, uninterested, boring, or 'bitchy'--and no guy wants a girl like that. do your best to make yourself appear to be more available: smile more, hold eye contact for a second to two longer than is "proper" and get past the small-talk-and into some real conversation. until you can do that, you will just be another girl with a pretty face in any guy's mind.

Reply:Same here with the same problem. But I don't stress on it, because grades are important. If I was you I would just keep an eye open and approach girls when you start liking them.

Reply:The reason why you're having trouble finding a date is because you're trans-gender and are interested in guys. When a guy is straight and is interested strictly in women, he wants to date someone that looks feminine. I thought you were a boy when I first clicked the picture. Any straight guy isn't going to want to go out with someone that looks like a guy.
