Trouble with HTML?????

i'm a layout maker for xanga. i made a layout, and i spaced it out nicely, so it was easy for me to read and fix. but when i put it in a text box, the html bunched up, and the layout didn't work properly. i want my html to stop bunching up together, and stay on the lines i put them on. i want there to be spaces. is there anyway to do this?

Trouble with HTML?????
Try entering a
where you want a line break.
Reply:Sounds like unix text formatting on a windoze based machine.
Reply:Not when you're copying and pasting code into the textboxes. It happens in most social networking sites.

MySpace works by just hitting ENTER after each line, but if Xanga doesn't format it like that, then you're out of luck.

tags will not work, it will only throw in line breaks in the rendered HTML and not to separate the html in the textboxes when you're editing.
Reply:Probably the best way to do this is to put the different sections in divs %26lt;div%26gt; (stuff) %26lt;/div%26gt;. You can specify the exact location of them, and then you can mess with their left, right, height, etc settings to make sure they appear like you want them to. If you are unfamiliar with divs, do some searching on www.w3.com. Good luck.
