You can't really keep people from stealing a JPG and reposting it someplace.

What you CAN do is watermark your images with some text -- your name, a copyright message, a Web link -- so it's obvious you took the photo. Position it properly, and they won't be able to crop it out.

The program I use is called 1-more Watermarker, and it's located here: http://www.1-more.com/pr_water.htm

It costs $19 but you'll find it's well worth the money.

You could also try searching on http://www.download.com for watermark programs and might be able to find a freebie; the one freebie I found there, about a year ago, was trash, but maybe there's a good one now.

Reply:You know what you can do? You can use any imaging software to type text on photos. Type "Taken By : Your Name" near the man thing in the picture. In that case if they crop it out the picture has no meaning (becoz u typed it near the main part of the pic)
Reply:it's impossible to stop someone from stealing images. even with "no right click" scripts all you have to do is left click and drag/drop the image into the browsers address bar. from there it can be copied. you can even do a print screen and the crop out the pic in a photo editor.

it can't be done.
