I got an e-mail that says I won a lottary prize and they say that thay are related with Yahoo UK may it be rig
That is called a 419 scam. Also known as a Nigerian Scam. If you contact them they'll tell you that you need to put down some kind of deposit to claim your money, and then you'll never hear from them again. And if you are dumb enough to give them your personal information, expect to see a whole lot of credit cards opened in your name.

If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Just delete it, or forward it to the authorities.
Reply:You don't get anything for nothing, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information. Just google scam and see how many hits yoou get, there are millions of them and they are all aimed at taking your money. An excellent site giving advice on how to recognise and avoid scams is at www.rz-berlin.mpg.de/~wm/wm-lotto.html Also If you go to the following link you will get some info on ID theft www.identity-theft.org.uk the iinternet is safe enough if you are careful but please answer nothing that you are doubtful about.Good Luck and be careful.
Reply:This is a spam and a lot of people fall for it and lose money. You can spam it or send to someone. Not sure who but if you Goggle it it will show you which dept. is the best to send it to.

Do not ever respond to any such emails in anyway. Sometimes you need a second address and what I do is click on the address shown and a 2nd one reappears. This is the proper address. The FBI Internet may be interested.
Reply:if it would be right , i had been the second 'bill gates '. i think someone need s your info rmations to cheat u
Reply:Yes Its A Scam, Unless You Entered The Lottery Than Its Definetly Not The Truth, There Just Trying To Get Your Details and Their Lying About It Being Related To Yahoo, Because Yahoo Wouldn't Ask You Stuff Like That.

If I Was You I'd Delete The Email!!!
Reply:it's a phishing scam .
Reply:Ignore that message. It's a fake. Someone is trying to access your bank details, it's an old scam that originated from Nigeria. Be careful.
Reply:How often do you use Yahoo questions and answers? This site has had so many questions about these lotteries recently and I wonder why you haven't seen them. The answers have all been he same. There is no Yahoo lottery. It is a scam of fraud to get private details from you so as to rob you or steal your identity for criminal reasons.Do not answer or give any information at all. delete the message.
Reply:scam alert!

unless you bought a ticket for this "lottery" I doubt very much that you have won anything.

looks like another scam to get people to release personal info so they can con them
Reply:Hey Ali A!!

Yahoo wouldn't do something like that. It is too good to be true. And see this part? 1. Full name.............................

2. Country..........................

3. Contact Address..........................

4. Telephone Number...........................

5. fax Number...........................

5. Marital Status...........................

6. Occupation.......................

7. My Date of birth............................

8. Sex..............................

9. Account no...............................

they are asking for personal info!! they can get ur stuff and beat u up!! dont ever give that in to someone u dont even know. it is scary!! ask ur parents if u can do it they'll say no. so if u have other mail like that SPAM IT!!! Hope this helps!! =)
Reply:Trust me, if you didn't buy a ticket in the lottery, you haven't won anything. They want to get your details from you so they can steal your identity and all your money.

THINK.
Reply:Its a Scam !

Only way u win and thats if u Enter yourself , Eg paying £1 for a Ticket !

It's a Scam , But some stupid people do fall for it and lose alot of money ,

They ask for your Bank Details to Transfer Funds , They Empty your Account to offshore acount , Eg Your Screwed
Reply:WoW so many people have won this lotttery over the past few days!! And the email has come from various different parts of the country too!

Good luck with handing over your bank details and then paying out for a win that you probably havent got!

But if you do choose to phone them and find out what its all about then you can confirm to all the other winners what they need to do!

SCAM!!
Reply:sounds like it i certainly wouldn't give out those details especially my account number.
Reply:its spam just ignore it
Reply:It is spam. No real lottery would ask for your complete data, with account number and so forth. Do yourself a favor and get rid of the message.
Reply:Are you that stupid?

cavities
