Is my girlfriend cheating?

On my girlfriend's xanga, at the end, is this line: "the closer we get, the guiltier i feel. every smile im sending is something hidden and we know it. but i cant stop, and i dont really want to. "


It kinda worries me. Could there be someone else, or am I reading this wrong somehow and shes talking about, I dunno, me (even though we're OPENLY dating)? I'd like to think she wouldnt put something like that there she KNOWS I would read, if there is something going on.. but Id just like an outside opinion.. thanks.

Thats messed up!!! Either she's cheating on you are messing with you. Confront her! I would be pissed.
Reply:I have a girlfriend who's cheated on her guy before %26amp; writes about how she feels and all the guilt and stuff on her blog. Her guy reads her blog by the way.





Anyway, your girlfriend might be referring to something else or someone else.





If you really do feel uneasy about it, be honest and ask her. If in the end its just you being overly sensitive, laugh it off and apologise to her sincerely for being overly sensitive.





Its so much better than making wild guesses and jeopardizing the relationship, and worst, to accuse her.

sounds like she's hiding something.
Reply:Kinda sounds like something is going on and she wants you to find out, OR nothing's going on and she wants to stir up some drama. You should just out right ask her about it - it's not just in your head if I read something like that that my bf had written I'd be questioning too!
Reply:I'd say, quit reading her Xanga and ask her straight out. Confront her. Say that you read something on her journal that made you worry about her and ask if everything is ok. Come off as caring, not threating. It sounds like she's writing about you though so I wouldn't worry too much honestly.

Reply:I would suggest tying a long piece of string to the inside of your front door, feeding it through the house and then out of the window.





open your front door, get the string and pull the door shut whilst standing outside the house .. that way they will think you are indoors. Then as the 'squirrel' jumps out of the window, he will plummet to his furry doom in the lava pit outside ( i did mention the lava pit right?) ...





Alternatively you could find yourself another girl .... but that would be a bit of a radical solution in my opinion :)

Reply:I think they say if you think someone is cheating they are.. but it also sound like lyrics to a song. But who knows!
Reply:I would talk to her about it. Sometimes when people have stuff like a song lyric or a qoute for somewhere else. Don't jump to conclusions that might not be true. If she is say blowing you off to be with other guys or something or you have an other evidance than you could ask if she is cheating but I would just ask what it means. In a realationship you have to be able to talk openly or you end up resenting and being scared of each other. Good luck!

Reply:it's hard to tell by that description if she is cheating or not. if you are worried about it, ask her, but dont make it sound like you are accusing her of cheating either (cuz that will spark a whole different agrument that i'm sure neither of you want to have.) it could be something simple like lyrics to a song she likes, or words to a poem or maybe a quote she heard and likes it.
